These terms govern the use of the Bernadette service and the purchase of a Pro subscription.
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between OLEK STUDIO, a French SASU (simplified single-shareholder company) with share capital of €500, registered under SIRET number 98241903800012, hereinafter "the Seller", and any user wishing to subscribe to a paid plan on bernadette.app.
Accessing the service and subscribing to a plan implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Bernadette is an online AI-powered text transformation service, designed for professionals who want to improve the quality of their written communication (emails, messages, reports, etc.).
The service is accessible via bernadette.app after creating a user account. A free plan is available with no credit card required.
30 transformations per day, access to essential tones.
Unlimited transformations, all tones available, priority processing.
Prices are shown in euros excluding taxes (excl. VAT). Applicable VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at the rate applicable in your country of purchase. OLEK STUDIO reserves the right to modify pricing, with prior notice in accordance with the applicable Paddle terms.
Payments are processed by Paddle, an authorised reseller acting on behalf of OLEK STUDIO. When you subscribe, you enter into a purchase agreement directly with Paddle, governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle issues your invoices and manages automatic subscription renewals.
Renewal is automatic at each monthly billing date. You can update your payment method at any time via the Paddle Buyer portal (link in your confirmation email).
If a payment fails, Paddle may make further attempts to collect payment and, if unsuccessful, may suspend your subscription with email notification.
Consumers residing in the European Union, EEA or United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of completing a transaction, without giving any reason.
This right does not apply if you have started using the service before the expiry of that 14-day period and expressly consented, at the time of subscription, to the service being made available before the end of the withdrawal period.
To exercise this right, contact Paddle at help@paddle.com within the applicable timeframe.
The Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time via the Paddle Buyer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email) or by contacting Paddle directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you retain Pro access until the already-paid expiry date.
If you are on a free trial, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. No pro-rata refund is issued for cancellations during an active billing period, except as provided under the Refund Policy.
Data collected (email address, usage data) is necessary for providing the service and is processed by OLEK STUDIO. It is never sold to third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify and delete your data. For any request: bernadette.ia@outlook.fr.
Bernadette is a writing assistance tool. Generated texts are provided as suggestions and must be reviewed and validated by the user before any professional use.
OLEK STUDIO cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of texts generated by the service, nor for temporary interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
The texts you submit and the results generated belong to you. Bernadette claims no ownership rights over your content.
However, the code, design and Bernadette brand are the exclusive property of OLEK STUDIO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
For unresolved consumer disputes, you may use consumer mediation services available at economie.gouv.fr.
